Well what you need to do it:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Step 1: &lt;/span&gt;Grab a free or trial version of a &lt;a href="http://www.avalanche.com.au/index.cfm?section=downloads&amp;amp;feature=pdffactory"&gt;PDF creation utility&lt;/a&gt; like pdfFactory. There's a free version available or pick up the basic version for about US$49&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Step 2:&lt;/span&gt; Open the first document you wish to use in your PDF.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Step 3:&lt;/span&gt; Select print and choose the pdfFactory printer driver.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Step 4:&lt;/span&gt; The pdfFactory preview panel will open showing you the pages that have been converted to PDF. Leave the preview window open and move onto the next step.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Step 4:&lt;/span&gt; Open your second document and repeat step 3.
